We collect only what we need to respond to you and to arrange travel you ask us to arrange:

• Enquiry and booking details you provide: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, destination and travel preferences, travel dates, number and names of travellers, budget range and any message or special requirements you share.
• Traveller documents when a booking requires them: passport details, date of birth, nationality, and — where a supplier requires it — photo ID or visa documents.
• Transaction records: the trips and services you book, invoices and payment status. Card and bank credentials are handled by our payment partner and are not stored on our servers.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring links, collected through standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
• Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages, call notes and form submissions between you and our team.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare itineraries, quotations and proposals.
• To make, confirm and manage bookings with hotels, transport providers, activity operators, airlines and other suppliers.
• To provide customer support before, during and after your trip.
• To send booking confirmations, vouchers, e-tickets, reminders and service messages.
• To raise invoices, process payments and meet tax and accounting requirements.
• To improve our website and services, and to keep them secure and prevent fraud.
• To send occasional offers and travel ideas where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit an enquiry or booking, to perform the contract for services you request, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent for non-essential processing (such as marketing) at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing already carried out or processing needed to deliver a confirmed booking.

We share your information only as needed to deliver the services you ask for, and with providers who help us operate:

• Travel suppliers — hotels, airlines, transport and cab operators, cruise and rail operators, destination management companies, tour and activity providers and insurers — to make and service your bookings.
• Service providers — email, hosting, communication and analytics providers, and our payment partner — who process data on our instructions under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
• In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition or reorganisation), subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. Some suppliers and providers may be located outside India; where they are, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected to a comparable standard.

When you pay online, payment is processed by our third-party payment partner. Your full card number, CVV and bank login credentials are entered on the payment partner's secure page and are not seen or stored by Trippex. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, the status and limited details needed for reconciliation and refunds.

The website uses essential cookies to function and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if you do.

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after last contact, and booking, invoice and tax records for as long as required by law (generally up to 8 years for financial records). After that we delete or anonymise the data.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls and staff confidentiality — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you,
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete,
• delete data we no longer need to keep,
• withdraw consent to marketing or other non-essential processing,
• nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these, email contact@trippextravels.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some data must be retained to meet legal obligations or complete a confirmed booking.

Our services are intended for adults. We collect data about children only as part of a family booking made by a parent or guardian, and only what a supplier requires.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
