Arrive Srinagar
Pickup from Srinagar airport and transfer to your hotel. Afternoon shikara ride on Dal Lake past the floating gardens; evening at leisure.

Gulmarg day trip
Drive up to Gulmarg for the Phase 1 gondola ride over the snow slopes, with time for snow play or an optional skiing lesson. Return to Srinagar for the night.

Sonamarg day trip
A scenic drive to Sonamarg through the snow-bound Sindh valley, with stops for photos along the way. Return to Srinagar.

Srinagar → Pahalgam
Drive to Pahalgam via the Awantipora ruins and the saffron fields of Pampore. Evening by the Lidder river.

Pahalgam → Srinagar
Local sightseeing by union cab to Aru, Betaab and Chandanwari valleys, then return to Srinagar with the evening free for shopping — pashmina, papier-mâché and saffron.
