Arrive Srinagar
Transfer to your Dal Lake houseboat. Afternoon shikara ride to the floating gardens; sunset on the deck.

Srinagar → Gulmarg → Srinagar
Day trip to Gulmarg for the gondola (Phase 1, optionally Phase 2) and the meadows. Return to a Srinagar hotel.

Srinagar → Pahalgam
Drive via Awantipora ruins and the saffron fields of Pampore. Afternoon in the Betaab Valley.

Pahalgam
Aru Valley and Chandanwari, or a pony ride to Baisaran. Evening by the Lidder river.

Pahalgam → Sonamarg → Srinagar
Long scenic day to Sonamarg for the Thajiwas Glacier, returning to Srinagar for the night.

Depart
Mughal gardens — Nishat and Shalimar — then transfer to the airport.
